2026 REALTORS HOME & GARDEN SHOW – MARCH 20-29, 2026 – APPLICATION & CONTRACT FOR EXHIBIT SPACE

IMPORTANT NOTICE PLEASE READ: This electronic form replaces the hard copy paper versions of our contract. The following electronic form is the official Application and Contract for Exhibit Space at the 2026 REALTORS Home & Garden Show (HGS). By completing this Application and Contract, user/applicant/exhibiting company (hereafter referenced as “USER”) acknowledges that said Application and Contract, once accepted by HGS Show Management, shall become a legally binding contract and USER agrees to the following: 

  1. All terms and conditions found in the 2026 Show Rules & Regulations (View Rules & Regulations by clicking here).
  2. All guidelines outlined in the exhibitor kit documents.
  3. As a representative of the applicant company, USER is completing this Application and Contract with the intent to rent booth space in the 2026 HGS and is requesting that the Greater Milwaukee Association of REALTORS (GMAR) place on hold exhibit space based on the booth size indicated by USER on the form below with fees to be invoiced to USER according to fees outlined on the 2026 HGS Booth Pricing Chart (View Booth Pricing Chart by clicking here.).   
  4. Section 2 of the 2026 HGS Rules & Regulations – CANCELLATION POLICY:
    • In consideration for the use of such space, the exhibitor shall pay to the GMAR those sums shown in the 2026 HGS Booth Pricing Chart. In the event the applicant/exhibitor wishes to cancel the contract, said cancellation must be received in writing at the GMAR, 11430 West North Avenue, Wauwatosa, WI 53226, on or before January 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM CST.
    • Any cancellation notices received prior to January 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM CST will be assessed a $250 administration processing fee. Said fee shall be withheld from funds on deposit, per the terms and conditions of the contract. Any remaining funds will be returned to exhibitor within a reasonable period of time.
    • No refunds will be made on any cancellations submitted to the GMAR after January 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM CST. Applicant/exhibitor will be liable for the full amount of the contract.

Please submit your 2026 REALTORS Home & Garden Show Exhibitor Application and Contract for booth space using the form below. Your completed registration form will be reviewed by HGS Show Management and, once approved (please allow 48 hours, particularly if you submit your Application and Contract on a Friday), you will receive a follow-up e-mail from REALTORS Home & Garden Show (via Expo Genie) with your assigned login and password. If you do not see the e-mail confirmation within 48 hours, please check your spam folder for our welcome message.

Note:
Your move-in time on Wednesday (drive-in day) depends on your booth location. Please see the drive-in move-in map for more details.

 

If your booth, booth structure, or items contained inside of your booth space will exceed 8' in height you MUST apply for a $75 height variance fee by selecting YES here. Height variance fee is for total booth size (not for each 10'x10').

This is to order ADDITIONAL passes. Four (4) passes are included with each 10x10 booth (max of 12 per company).  These are good for entry by exhibitors through the dock hallway ONLY.

This is to order ADDITIONAL tickets. Ten (10) tickets are included with each 10x10 booth (max of 30 per company). These are good for entry by Show Attendees ONLY. They cannot be used for exhibitor entry through the dock hallway.

A representative from our company would like to be considered as a presenter for a 20-30 minute consumer seminar at the Solutions Stage during the Show (please include proposed seminar title and speaker in the text box provided here).
